Sales

All the prices on my website are in GB Pounds, this is the only currency I am able to accept at this time.

Any items will only be dispatched after I have confirmation of full payment as being received.

Custom silver/white metal orders requires half payment upfront (before the item is made) and the other half payment (and delivery charge) after I have made your item and put a photo up on my site or emailed you.

Delivery

Any item shown in stock will usually be dispatched within 5 working days of your order. (although usually within 24 hours) Custom orders may take slightly longer. (Please note, website is updated daily)

Standard delivery charge within the UK is £2.00, and all orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries outside the UK are currently being looked at, there is an option to the USA at the moment, but please note that any charges made for import, the customer is liable for.

Returns

If for any reason you feel the need to return an item, please email me prior to sending anything back for details. A full refund can be issued, as long as the items are returned within 45 days of payment. Please note, for hygine reasons earrings, and any other piercing items cannot be returned.

Discount Vouchers

Discounts and special offers may be available from time to time.

Discounts will apply to the cost of items only, and not to delivery charges (unless stated)
